Placed an order for pickup at 9pm. Location is open until 10pm. Normally, I order from the location on Talmadge, and I've never had an issue, but they close at 9. Drive out to location, pick up sandwiches and drive home. I ordered 2 16" Gargantuan sandwiches. Can someone explain to me why I paid $48 for 2 sandwiches with NO meat on them at all?

This was not good at all my sandwich sucked. Jimmy would be ashamed of John if they came to this location. Will never be back

Went in to get a sandwich around 1:45 and was told it would be around 30 to 45 minutes. I replied seriously and she said yes so I told her I could go to Marco's instead if that is not a joke and she said bye in a very rude and aggressive demeanor. I honestly wasn't even hungry after that so I just went back to work. Freaky terrible Jimmy John's

I placed an online order and arrived 13 minutes later, only to find an employee standing around aimlessly. When I said I was there for a pickup, he casually replied, “Yep, I’ll start making it.” So much for “freaky fast.” The wrap I ordered was supposed to be meat and cheese only — instead, it came loaded with lettuce, mayo, and tomatoes, all of which I specifically avoid.
