Free smells lol. Great sandwiches and don't forget about the pickles.
Trash location. Crap service. Pretty sure they lied about several things. Seem to think they don't have to hand people the food they ordered...like the location didn't order the food a human did. Will be spending a fair amount of time letting them know.
I ordered the bootlegger (turkey and roast beef). What I got was ham, and lots of it. I don't eat pork, it's against my religion. I called and they told me, even though I had the receipt and they could see there were no credits, that they could not do anything—no remake, no money back, nothing. You would think making sandwiches would be an easy job. Apparently, that is not the case at this location. It takes the smallest level of care to follow instructions but the employees here can’t even do that. Rude service. Ignored me twice and charged me more than they should have because they made a regular instead of a giant. It’s not the money at this point, it’s the principle. This is unacceptable. Do better
Staff was all smiles. Knew menu items well and assisted in customizing my sammich. Store was clean and smelled like fresh bread ... My fav smell EVER. FOOD WAS FABULOUS AS ALWAYS. Gastonia location has some of the most fun staff on the planet. Your manager and store owner would be proud of you confidence and excellent customer service. Thank you guys. See you again soon.
