I can only give a one star review for the service or lack thereof as we didn’t get to order food. Also I am not one to complain or say something but this kind of pissed me off. On 8/2 at 8:36 PM, my wife and I went to Jimmy Johns in winder ga. They close at 9:00 pm and we’re only getting subs ToGO. I have worked retail before so I know they want to get off work at 9 and leave. Again we were only going to get subs to go. The worse Jimmy John's. Never have I ever gotten my order completely right here.
Placed an order at 2:12. Not during a busy time. 90 minutes later I call to check on it and they cancelled my order. Reason? They only deliver if you pre-pay yet they have the “cash” option at checkout. I have been ordering from them for years and always pay cash and give a $5 tip. Well, I used to order from them. Never again.
