Sandwich was gross. Not sure why they would serve something that they knew no customer would eat. Like why use an ingredient that has obviously gone bad? They're wearing gloves but girls fingernails had punched holes in the fingertips lol.
cody took our order in the drive true lane. He was extremely rude. We stood in front of the micro phone for over 30 seconds and said HELLO in the microphone and he told us : "you don't need to have an attitude for sitting there for 30 seconds." We were shocked. He was very disrespectful. This happened today at 12: 45 PM. we are calling coorpoate to let them know what our expereience was. Thank you, Jay Mehta
DECIDED TO GIVE THIS PLACE ANOTHER CHANCE AFTER 3 YEARS AND THERE WAS HAIR IN MY DRINK THAT I WAS UNAWARE OF UNTIL I HAD NEARLY DRANK IT ALL!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! ALL I ASKED FOR IN RETURN IS TO BE REFUNDED FOR THE DRINK AND THEY REFUSED!!!! First time at this location. Stop in for lunch. Guy was nice who took my order. The girl who laid my food on the counter with no bag nor napkins was rude. It’s sad that customers appreciation is no longer. And I’m not understanding why they toasted my lettuce.
