Half my big John #2 had no meat. Kinda rude to at the window, not sure why I deserved this from them. Gave them a second chance and waited for 20 minutes to get my order because they said they would tell me it’s done but lied!
Customer service as we all know makes a huge impact on us all! Everyone is so busy in life these days that we are all go, go, go so as a customer when you place an order you want exactly what you ask and pay for. When you go through any drive through then finally get to the food you purchased and it is not what you ordered most people get pretty mad/highly irritated as no one has time to go back re-order etc. But let me tell you we all make mistakes but it is how you correct it that ends up mattering the most.
