I did an online order and had to cancel my order. I called over the phone to cancel and the worker said that it was cancelled, money was still took off of my card. So I went in person and they said I could not get a refund nor the meal because the food was already made before canceling (which I was not notified when I called in the first place to cancel my order) so now $15 was took from me with nothing to show for it on my end. Very disappointing and will be calling corporate!
First time trying this place, and I have to say the service was amazing. The atmosphere was very calm and inviting. There were two employees in the store, but they both moved with speed and a sense of urgency. Mel was amazing he suggested a toasted sandwich for me, and it was delicious. I definitely recommend this place if you're in for a quick tasty lunch or whatever.
2 weeks ago… Rudest employees ever. First time ever going and I ask the guy working im like im new is the turkey good. Straight solid answer its ok….. im like can i get it heated bc i clearly didn’t know and he said nope, i said can i get some kick in ranch and he said yep. He seemed so miserable. I said bye have a good day and got nothing but a f you look. It was terrible! Tried to give another chance Wednesday but they were closed at 2:30 so idk.
They don’t keep regular hours. Been twice during advertised open time to find the place locked up. They are losing business, just watched 3 other people also try to go in.
