Funny how every time there is a bonus point offer through the app the sandwich some how becomes unavailable online at this location. Pretty shady.
Ordered delivery, which is now outsourced to Uber. Uber driver did not follow the order instructions and left the food in a public access lobby rather than buzzing in with provided door code and/or calling to have me meet them downstairs. Food was fine, but the poor delivery soured the experience I will not be returning for some time, and never ordering delivery from Jimmy John's again.
Johnny and them run a good smooth friendly environment . Super fast and accurate every time .
Ordered delivery. Two sandwiches. Bag of chips. One sandwich shows up. Called the store and they weren’t helpful at all. You think common sense would have them apologize and send a new sandwich right away. Not here. Just some bumbling worker who couldn’t wrap his head around rectifying the issue.
Bootlegger with horseradish sauce made me drool. So delish
