Waited an hour for delivery from location 0.4 miles away. After an hour I called they claimed they had a big order and was sorry for the wait. They then claimed they tried to deliver but weren’t given a room number (heard my kid tell them the room number).

I had a very disappointing experience with Jimmy John's. I placed an order on July 2, and it took over two hours for my food to be delivered. During that time, I received no updates or communication about the delay. To make matters worse, I didn't hear from a manager until July 10, eight days after the order. As of July 16, I still have not received the refund I was promised. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to resolve the issue in a timely manner are unacceptable. I got a giant club sandwich it was delicious. The juice they use set that sandwich off. I gave a 3 for service because they seem unstaffed every time I go in and the wait is a little longer. But my sandwich was awesome.
