On average I get JJ's once a week. This place was always pretty good. Most of my bad orders came from the one on 52nd and L. Recently, however, I have been experiencing a few problems here. I get the same order every week. This is on the receipt photo. The #7 is supposed to have double the meat and it only had one, but they threw on some ham to top it off....LOL. They had me waiting at the Drive-through for five minutes before they ask if I can be helped but only one person in front of me. They are not fast at all at this location. It seems like customer service has not requirements here.
