The drive thru was very slow. 20 minutes for two other cars and myself. The man at the drive thru opened the window and yelled asking who’s those order for and then attempted to hand me somebody’s order. I corrected him, and said that’s not my order. I had placed my order about 10 minutes before coming and the app had glitched. Needless to say, I left without food. I am happy they have a cash option because when this happened at Noodles, I was charged and never received my food and I haven’t been there since in like a year.
We drove up, ordered 1 sandwich as a wrap. The lady said "we dont... hold on" she left for like a minute, came back and said "go ahead and order when you're ready" so we ordered again and they told us to drive up. There was 1 car ahead of us, and they were only there for a few minutes before driving off. On our receipt it said we ordered at 1:47... we didnt get our food until 2:02. Stopped at this location in Omaha and went thru the drive-thru....took 35 minutes until we finally got our food. My slim 1 which is only meat and cheese didn't even have cheese on it. Friendly workers but service was not great.
It was an okay experience for a quick lunch on the go. The sandwich came together really fast just like they promise, but the bread felt a little dry this time around. It is a decent spot if you are in a rush and need something simple to eat, but it did not blow me away.
Not freaky fast in the drive thru even with a mobile order bro
