I think these guys are high. The place was empty. They gave me the wrong sandwich. Then remade it still wrong. Then I asked for the pickle I ordered. They gave it to me in a baggie. Not that I guess that is wrong but also weird.
We put in a large order last minute, and this crew handled it beautifully. They were very gracious and helpful as they prepared food for our large family. Would definitely come here again. Thanks guys!
They got my order wrong once - ordered two sandwiches and one was wrong - I called them and I was on hold for an hour and then got hung up on. Walked into the store and the manager not only gave me my money back for both sandwiches but gave us two free sandwiches in replace. During my free sandwich order my boyfriend also ordered chips, cookie, and drink that we fully intended to pay for and was given two free drinks and she compensated the cookie and chips as well. GREAT manager.
Way overpriced.....
Ordered through the app, went to pick up about 20min later. Neither sandwich was made, waited a bit for them to make the order. Paid for it then went to check the sandwiches and neither one was done right. Returned them then went to get food somewhere else. Probably the worst and most run down Jimmy John’s in Omaha tbh.
