I went here and ordered a couple sandwiches. Not impressed. Girl at counter seemed annoyed at my questions ( I did have a lot as I've never eaten at Jimmy johns) paid $10 per and it doesn't even come with cheese. That was extra. Not impressed. Won't come again.
I gave you guys a try but I guess I’ll stick with jersey Mike even if I have to drive a little bit further…, the service was as blunt as the food
was upgraded to a sandwich that included cucumber. didn’t ask for cucumber on previous sandwich. sandwich tasted terrible bcs of that cucumber taste. pay a little more on a sandwich u like with toppings u like vs. listening to recommendations
Usually don't have an issue but came in the evening with my 7 year old daughter. Wanted to order a little john size when a girl shouts from the line, "We're out of those. Only 8 Inchers". We asked if they could just cut one in half or something since my daughter is just a little girl. She responds, "I can give you half but you still have to pay full price". Give us a break. A full size price for a 7 year old girl? Cut something in half and call it good. Very disappointed.
