Love jimmy johns. The pickled peppers are awesome! Food is better quality than subway. Though i'd say not as full/juicy as places like firehouse subs.
I know a lot of people who talk about how Jimmy John’s bread is amazing, I think it’s not that great. At this location, the napkins are hidden from the public, which is strange.

Nothing wrong with the sandwiches here. They are great actually. However, Jimmy John's services gone downhill steadily since covid. They used to say their service was freaking fast. They should change that to freaking poor. No customer service skills. It's like the people don't want to even be working there. But the worst thing of everything is that they don't even have consistent hours. It says 10:00. However, their lobby is consistently closed way earlier, like before 8:00 p.m. early. I love jimmy johns, it's one of my favorite restaurants period, but this location made my day today. Landon from this location is FANTASTIC!!! He was super fun, engaged with us, and made the whole time more enjoyable. Get this guy a raise!!
