Over the past two or three weeks, I've ordered Jimmy Johns delivery five times. Although the food has tasted great, they messed up my order four of those five times. These haven't been minor screw-ups, like they forgot the lettuce, but totally incorrect orders. Today, the order (my boss's) was wrong again. I love the Jimmy Johns in College Park because the owner Ian is an extremely nice person! He donated over $300 worth of food when I explained to him that I was having an event and no longer had funding due to the government shutdown happening in the same week. I will now solely buy my sandwiches from them (which were great!) and they have truly earned my respect and business for years to come! A million thanks to the Jimmy Johns on Baltimore Ave in College Park, MD!!!
