I ordered a Cuban sandwich for my girlfriend, it does not say it comes with tomatoes or lettuce on the menu yet the employee put it on there anyways, and there were no pickles. It was disappointing given that these sandwiches are $15 each and she couldn't enjoy hers. Then, trying to return the sandwiches later was a logistical problem because the employees couldn't give a refund without a manager. They seemed offended that I asked for a refund in the first place.
Went in to order employee was sitting playing in their phone fine whatever. Then they inform me "We are out of bread". LOL this is your entire business. The last time we ate here they were totally out of soft drinks, and out of many ingredients. They should really just close down at this point.
So this place is in a good location. The place is clean inside and out. The lady working was really nice and new her stuff. Now here is the bad part. The lady was the ONLY person working. Yes she working working by herself. She had ran out of cut ham, cheese and another meat. We waited while she cut those items. Meanwhile while she is taking our order, online order and asking the drive through to hold on. After all that I decided on the chicken bacon ranch over my normal Vito and it was shitty.
