This is the second time I’m disappointed in this Jimmy John’s… i will not be going back to the Bensenville Jimmy John’s. I know I asked for a decent amount of customization to my sandwich but I’m paying for it.
I ordered food 40 minutes ago for delivery thats 10 minutes, if that away. I couldn't leave work because the parking lot at my job isnt always easy to get out of. I called 30 minutes after placing my order to ask where it was. I was told it was on the way. I called again 15 minutes later and asked where it was. The guy on the phone said theyre "a little backed up. But should be there soon." UPDATE REVIEW: This JJs seems like it went through a whole different change in a positive way. The atmosphere has more of a positive energy coming from the JJs employees. Great service!
