Eric was the only server in the building at the time (3:00pm) the the dining area looked very clean. Eric was very professional but friendly at the same time which made his customer service skills way much better. Even though he was the only worker (&planned on being the only worker until closing) he kept a positive attitude & did not let that distract the task at hand. Very disappointed with our last visit on the afternoon of 8-5-26. Looks like a whole new crew. Didn't recognize anyone. The old crew recognized us and was chatty. Before the visit on 8-5 our sandwiches were great and made with care. The ones on 8-5 were very sloppily made and got one order wrong. One order was a #2 Big John. Ordered lettuce, onion, no tomato. I’ve been in there twice recently. Both Daniel and Eric were so kind and welcoming. Felt like above and beyond customer service
