I keep decreasing their stars because they keep getting my order wrong. Think im done with this location, I’ll drive the extra 10 mins for a location that ACTUALLY puts the sandwich together as per customers request. And there is no customer service option on their app, there is not even a way to correct your order.
Absolutely the best sandwich shop around, from the pickles to the cookies and everything in between. Obviously the sandwiches are killer, and the staff, no matter who is on shift when I go in, always has a positive attitude and a smile. May not seem like a lot but makes a huge difference in terms of service. Love JJ’s!
What a rip off...one slice of meat was put on the sandwich. I told the manager and they couldn't care less. I know times are tough but scamming people is ridiculous. Stay far away from this place!
