The customer service at this location has been exceptional for me. The food is what you would expect from JJ.
Great place…. The employees are awesome
I have a severe gluten allergy and the staff working tonight were so amazing. They remade my sandwich and took precautions to make sure I didn’t get sick!! They were so kind about it and reassured me that it wasn’t a big deal to remake my sandwich!!
As someone who has worked for both JJ franchises in Utah, I’m very saddened by my recent order at this JJ. I ordered a #7 very very plain (only oregano, salami , and onion) and never got onion. As someone who likes a plain sandwich, even with one thing missing, it ruined it for me :( I gave feedback on my order, and when I was reached out to, I was called Morgan??????
