EDIT!!!! Manager totally went ABOVE AND BEYOND and hand delivered our sandwich to the park we were at! Literally, thank you manager! My wife placed an order and waited 45 minutes for them to give our order to someone else. Then they supposedly made our food and gave me a sandwich that wasn’t even mine and my wife didn’t know until we got to our location. It was COMPLETELY WRONG!!!!!! Food was great. Staff were even better. But the location felt extremely hot for a 65 degree day outside and the booths were all child size.
Not lacking and well made
My birthday was the 9th of February. This is the 3rd year in a row I got a free sandwich for my birthday. Plus I had enough points to get my daughter a sandwich too. So even though our meal was inexpensive, I was super bummed!! We got our sandwiches to go & when we got home to eat, the bread (which in my opinion is the whole reason Jimmy John's is the best sandwich place) was rock hard on the bottom. Like hockey puck hard.
