I was really shocked with how Much Jimmy John’s quality of sandwiches have declined. I ordered a turkey Tom only to get the picture that I have attached. It didn’t have lettuce on it. It had a thin piece of turkey, a tomato and no lettuce. Then the customer service when I went in the door and asked if I could have the lettuce and then asked them if I could buy some extra turkey and cheese they charged me almost 3 dollars.
