They gave us old bread on our 2 sandwiches. It was very dry and it had a hard crust not happy at all.
Wow I can't say enough about the professionalism, customer service and amazing toasted sandwiches at this Jimmy Johns. I had a not so great experience and shared the information with the manager to try and help and they responded with interest and a desire to try and correct going forward which is really all I'm interested in. If I have a bad experience that's life it happens but I try and see if there's an opportunity for a correction so possibly someone else doesn't have to experience the same. They gave me old bread for some reason
My son and I eat Jimmy John’s regularly. Recently they got a toaster. I have the turkey tom toasted 2 times. It was great. Today, the register said no that they were not able to toast certain sandwiches. I told her I had it and asked why I couldn’t get it toasted. She said it might brown the bread. I said I like it that way. And she flat out refused. Then was a complete jerk. Refused to move forward. Was so off putting and rude.
