Very disappointed with the quality of food I payed for today. Ordered an Unwich (lettuce wrap) that had very brown, rotten lettuce. I wish I could figure out how to attach a photo to my review.
Staff were very unfriendly and seemed rushed and rude for no reason. Food was good.
We love Jimmy John's sandwiches and chips. I would rate it 5 but there have been quite a few times where I would be in somewhat of a hurry, go in to order food and they would be out of bread. EDIT: We stopped in 3 days ago and got food poisoning. I will say that we have eaten there a lot and this is the first incident we have experienced. Upon further inspection it seems that JJ is no stranger to this happening. I got a toasted curbside a sub and the sub was great. It was bright. It was crispy. It wasn't too much or too little of anything. It had a good amount of meat, the person that brought it to my car. I don't know if it was the manager or not, but he was a very pleasant gentleman and it was very fresh. It's one of the better subs that I can get in the Miami Valley area
