Prepared sandwiches incorrectly. Staff didn't care, the manager cared even less and was extremely rude and disrespectful. Never got the sandwiches Prepared correctly. I will never be back. And for the auto response system of JJ to complain to your website. I'd rather stick a needle in my own eye/ because it would be a waste of my time- nothing would get resolved.
This place takes forEVER to make a freaking sandwich. Is t the moto freaky fast or something. I won't be comeing back.
My wife placed an order through the Jimmy John's app and sent me to pick it up. I pulled into the drive-thru where there were about four cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the speaker, I wasn’t greeted—just silence. I waited patiently, assuming someone would eventually take my name.
