I came through a couple nights ago to try the food. The male on the microphone was rude and wouldn't listen to my order. I get up to window and this " manager" tells me not to speak to her employer that way, after I paid for my food. Lol. So we go back again hoping we don't see this child. I did not get food so cannot comment on that. I asked to replace turkey with salami in a sandwich and when rung up it was $1.75 more. They explained to me they had to charge for the salami even though there was no turkey and that they don't do substitutions. I have NEVER had a sub shop refuse to substitute one protein for another so I left without a sandwich and won't be back.
