My wife placed an order through the Jimmy John's app and sent me to pick it up. I pulled into the drive-thru where there were about four cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the speaker, I wasn’t greeted—just silence. I waited patiently, assuming someone would eventually take my name. Ordered online, the food was delivered in about 15 mins and the driver followed the instructions left. The driver even rang the doorbell to alert us they had delivered the food. Overall good experience. Updating post: Maybe under new management but I ordered food and they forgot the potato salad so I called to let them know. The girl I spoke to sounded like she thought I was trying to get free food or something but said she'll have the driver bring it out. I never saw that potato salad.
This location is significantly slower than any other Jimmy John's I've ever been to. The staff just seems to always have something better to do than make your order and there are often a lot of employees just standing around. They don't seem to recognize that this is divergent from every other Jimmy John's location. The drive through should be closed because orders take so long as to make it a comically poor experience.
The good news is, line is always so short..because the employees are so rude no one even wants to come here. Booo 👎
I have ordered many times from here and trust me when I say they are definitely NOT FAST! My order left the store 15 minutes ago and still no order. I do not recommend this store since they have no idea were my order was.
