The Jimmy John’s on Bluff Street in St. George is so freaky fast, I didn’t even finish swiping my credit card before they handed me my sandwich. I blinked, and it was bagged. I coughed, and they were already saying “have a good day.” Driving away, I had an existential realization, how did they make it that fast?
