ordered delivery and did no receive my food. despite living 1.5 miles away, my delivery was outsourced to uber eats. my experience was as follows: when it is time for my order to arrive i get a phone call. i answer, the man on the other end says "pickup for delivery" and when i try to tell him i am waiting where my instructions said i would be (very clearly visible from the road you HAVE to drive down to get to my building), he hung up before i even finished my single sentence. i then got 3 texts about my order, in spanish, ... read more
