Disappointing Experience at Jimmy John’s I was extremely let down by the service at Jimmy John’s. The employee who prepared my sandwich seemed to care little about the quality of their work—my sandwich was clearly thrown together carelessly, missing several key ingredients. When I brought up the issue, the response was far from apologetic.
