Braelyn is the man! He was incredibly polite throughout the whole experience and made sure my sandwich was top notch with his recommendations. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had at Jimmy John’s. Great customer service and a super friendly attitude definitely coming back!
Got a #2 slim. The bread - the literal thing that defines your brand, was hard. Like it had sat out for hours. First and last time i get food from there. Do better.
I really like the people at this Jimmy John's, but these days Jimmy John's is by far the biggest rip-off all sandwich shops. It's more than $1 for each inch! Out of control price gouging!!
Employees are rude too busy chitchatting and don’t know how to read an order on a slip of paper for the same 14 sandwiches they make. Called to let them know and the employee was rude.
