I'm somewhat disappointed in my order. Whoever prepared and packed it clearly didn't pay attention to the special instructions I marked, or perhaps didn't care to do so. I requested that the sandwich be cut in half and napkins included. After the order was delivered, I discovered that no napkins were packed and the sandwich wasn't cut in half, either. I felt happy and ordered a large #12 but when I went to pay with 100$ bill they said they didn’t have enough change. I find that hard to believe in a successful business especially one so busy. I’m a loyal rewards member I’ve gone to multiple jimmy John’s and I’ve never had a problem paying with 100$ bills. I hate the service provided today and I want the company to know I’m calling customer service.
