Placed my order today at 1:37 for pickup. I waited about 20 minutes before heading to the store. I watched my order receipt get moved aside over and over due to people walking in and asking for theirs. They do not even remotely process orders in the order they are placed at this location. 54 minutes after placing my order, I asked for a refund instead of them making the sandwich. Tried to go and just have a quick lunch and while looking at menu was told that if I was going to order, there’d be a 30 minute wait. I asked even for just one sandwich and was told yes. So of course I left. Needless to say I won’t ever go to this store again. Even if you were filling call in orders, at no time should a chain like JJ’s treat walk-in business this way.
