The food is what you’ll get from any Johns… the ONLY reason I’m rating them 5 stars is because of Bailey (and I hope I didn’t misspell her name). I ordered online for drive thru pick up. It took a little longer than the “freaky fast” I’m used to, but she was working all by herself! She was SO PLEASANT and friendly and apologized and even thanked ME for my patience! SHE is the definition of outstanding customer service!
Every dish we tried was well-prepared and delicious. The staff was efficient, and our food arrived promptly. The dining area was tidy, with nice airflow, making it a relaxing place to eat despite the heat outside.
Bailey, Baylee? Anyway you spell it, she comes out smelling like a rose, or fresh Jimmy John's bread. L0L We were regulars up until we moved 5 years ago. Well, we stepped through the doors and she had not forgotten us. The greeting was so worth the 20 minute drive, one way. This is the cleanest J.J.'s we've been to. No one lives up to the customer service that we get here. One J.J.'s in Florida came close but second place is just the 1st loser. Haha. I kid. Back to Beaumont Bailey.
