Placed order 20+ minutes ahead. Waited 15 minutes in store and they hadn’t even started on the order. While I waited, multiple people with online orders came in and were told their orders weren’t started yet. A couple walked in and ordered two sandwich and got theirs ahead of everyone else. No acknowledgement from staff and poor interactions when they did respond. Should have gone to Jersey Mike’s.
Food waa great, came during lunch time and my only complaint is it wasn't Jimmy John's fast lol. Other than that everything was perfect! Ps, there are Jimmy John spots you can park and eat and not have to pay the $21 parking fee.
