Love this place but why I cannot order online there. The store won’t even show up on the app
Tonight, 5/18/25, I had an incredible experience at Jimmy John’s thanks to the manager, Gabby. I came in craving the Vito Picklewich, even though I knew it was no longer on the menu. I asked if it was still possible to get it, and without hesitation, Gabby went above and beyond to make it happen. Her kindness and willingness to accommodate a special request really stood out. The sandwich itself was absolutely amazing! Thank you, Gabby, for the outstanding service and unforgettable sandwich!
Miss Amy let us in 10 minutes past close and served us all. Great service!
