Greek Gyro ordered, all the togo food for everyone I was with from work was ready, but mine. So they must have forgotten they finished my order so I was waiting patiently for it to be in the Togo area, must have watched plenty of people get orders. Finally they find it hidden on some shelf way in the back, not even the right item I ordered. This is why I dont eat here.
New Review! Order delivery, get the wrong food + so soggy it may have been dropped in water. Delivery guy marks it as delivered long before it reaches you, so no oversight or tracking. I have no idea why I keep giving them another chance. Customer service consists of ignoring the ringing phone...
Efficient ! Never have a problem with my food although I wish they could take the lettuce and toss it in the condiments you want on your sandwich or wrap which would make it taste so much better , there’s usually so much lettuce it not enough condiments on the sandwich and or wrap . However overall this location is great to stop by get your Order and go … 1 of the best !
I love jimmy johns food and the staff in the store is great; however don't order for delivery unless they can guarantee that one of their bikers will be doing the delivery. I ordered food through the the app and waiting over an hour. I kept trying to track the order on the uber app but the time continued to change. By the time the toasted sandwich was delivered it was soggy and cold beyond repair.
The WORST, absolutely by far, Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. The teenage girl who apparently was the manager has the worst attitude, and literally threw a temper tantrum in front of me and other guests when I returned to the store with a sandwich that maybe had .5 oz of meat. I’ve been to a lot of JJ, and have never been told corporate sets 40 grams standard. If one oz of meat on a $10 sandwich is the new normal for JJ, then they’ve lost a customer.
