I understand they had some big order. But don't treat me like I'm bothering you. Didn't cut subs. 2 giants. No bag , no extras that I paid for.j7st tossed them on the counter.
Short staffed. On top of that rude to customers. They looked busy when I stopped in tonight. I was told twice without eye contact "we will be with you as soon as possible." After waiting a couple min to get my order taken I simply asked how long the wait is as they appeared very busy.... The response by the woman behind the counter "well the wait will be shorter if I can get back over there." Complete with an eyeroll and look of disgust. This jimmy johns is trash no good customer service no nothing no welcoming place was dirty also. Everyone is getting paid to be on their phone here. Stay away.
