Placed online order only to find the store closed when we arrived. Customer Service did confirm the charges were reversed. Would be nice if the store could update the hours in the app when they are changed.
For starters, I've always come to this location every time I'm craving an exceptionally good cold cut sandwich. Every time I've come here, they have had excellent customer service, fast order times, and perfect sandwiches. Tonight, for the first time EVER, my sandwich was not perfect. I ordered the new bourbon roast beef sandwich for delivery, and it ended up arriving with no meat (it's close to closing time, so I know they must be tired, lol). Great Sandwich and Excellent Service Service: The service was fast and friendly, making for a pleasant experience. Atmosphere: The space was clean, bright, and inviting.
