I am utterly disgusted by how we were treated at this location by the cashier. She was so unbelievably rude and talked to us like we were stupid because we weren't experts on the menu. My Mom is older and was in tears when we left by how this lady treated her. Unacceptable. If you are in customer service, learn how to treat people kindly. It costs zero dollars to be kind.

They sometimes drop stuff on sandwich that is not suppose to be there
I just went to Jimmy John’s Yesterday and when I entered nobody attended me by the cash register the employee didn’t even know that I just walked in and didn’t even see that I was about to order she just didn’t even attend me at all wasn’t realizing that I wanted to order a sandwich she didn’t even say that she was on her break or nothing and I’ve waited for a few minutes the lazy employee didn’t even do crap so I left.
