I’ve made the same order at Jimmy John’s for 25 years. Many hundreds of times. Dozens of locations. It’s been made right all but one time. I paid (a lot) extra for bacon on my #12 but it was omitted. Still, I wouldn’t leave a bad review for that!! Accidents happen. However, the young woman working the front at 3PM on Saturday, 8/2/25 shouldn’t be within 100 yards of a customer service position. Staff is always very friendly and professional the restaurant is always extremely clean. EDIT: This was a 5 star for opening shift, one of the worst PM shifts I’ve ever witnessed. The two workers didn’t come out while three of us stood in the lobby for 15 minutes and then they denied how we wanted to customize our sandwiches lol… gave us to say if you’re gonna go to this Jimmy John’s go there when it opens or for lunch…
It just took 30 minutes to get two plain sandwiches. Maybe a little freaky but definitely not fast.
