Totally Tuna order every night for two weeks. Tonight it was so soggy and drenched in some kind of water. Napkins through the wrapper all drenched. Didn't cut it in half as requested. Thrown together like this sandwhich did something wrong in life! I guess subway it is from here on out. I really like the Tuna here too. But if absolutely zero care for quality and still wrap it and give it to the customer. What a shame. Hot fresh bread available when I want that kind service I love this location.
General manager would not let me talk when I was trying to use a coupon then she said to me “I am the general manager” raising her voice, continued to not let me speak about my coupon. Manager is always yelling at staff when I come into the establishment. She NEEDS to be fired. I can gureentee she is the reason there is such high turnover rate. Pulling the “I am the general manager” card does not inform me that she is smart, just that she trys to be bossy. Terrible terrible experience.
I order delivery almost everyday to my job never had an issue! Delivery drivers are friendly and polite .
