Went here today. Tried to order in drive through. The staff member working the drive through proceeded to interrupt me and state that they couldn't customize their sandwiches. What I think he wanted me to do was to order a numbered sandwich and go through each ingrediant and state whether I wanted it or not. He could not do those calculations on his own based on what I was asking for. After taking a long time to order, we received the worst subs I've ever gotten from a Jimmy John's. Been here 30 minutes at this point. Still no food. Idk if the need more people or if the people need to hustle. This is not freaky fast it’s freaking ridiculous. Not worth the $26 I paid.
