The first time I went there, the counter person said it would be around a 20 minute wait for a sub and suggested the Jersey Mike's across the street. The second time and most recent, the person on duty told me they had no bread. It was after 11 am and they had no bread. Worst JJ's ever.

At this point I’m irritated. I ordered 3 sandwiches about a week ago. 2 of the sandwiches were made incorrectly. 1 turkey tom, 1 hunters club, and 1 Italian. Instead of a hunters club, I received a second turkey Tom. The Italian was missing hot peppers as requested. I was on my way to work when I picked them up, didn’t have time to check them in the store. Then by the time I realized they were wrong, I couldn’t go back or I’d be late for work. Matt was super helpful and understanding he got my sandwich and another customers done within the 30-40 second range as expected corporate code I would definitely eat here again
