The manager at this location was not friendly, barely acknowledged us. I ordered $300 worth of sandwiches. The sandwiches were not made the way I ordered them online. It was a great disappointment for the party. I contacted the general manager and she told me her worker does not make mistakes and I should have called instead of ordered online (basically my fault for ordering online). Staff is incredibly rude
I enjoy Jimmy John's usually, I came in to this location yesterday around lunch time so 12pm with my family so 5 people in total. We ordered at the front and waited for our food. We planned on eating inside. Most of the tables were dirty no big deal. The soda smelled and tasted moldy is the only way I can describe it. We won't even speak of the condition of the bathrooms. Then we got our food. Not one of our sandwiched was correct. We all asked for no mayonnaise, no tomato, add pickle, and yellow mustard. Seems simple enough... read more
