I've noticed the quality at this Jimmy John's has really gone downhill. On my last visit, there were six employees working behind the counter, yet they still forgot one of the most basic instructions—cutting my sandwich. It's a small detail, but when there are plenty of staff on hand, simple requests like that shouldn't be overlooked. The service felt disorganized, and the attention to detail just wasn't there. Very good sandwich spot, I like the unwich
The sandwiches taste great, but I don’t think I can return to this location after witnessing a worker handling the breads with the same gloves that they were pressing on the floor with. I’ll reserve my cravings for a Jimmy John’s for another location during road trips. A manager of whatever level states that the team has been coached on glove usage and handwashing requirements.
i am a doordash driver trying to make some extra cash and i’ve seen a lot of bs and dealt with a lot of bad situations. but this is single handedly the worst experience i’ve had as a doordash driver. i walk in to get the order, it wasn’t at the pickup stand so i walk up to the cash register and stand directly in front of a person working for 10 minutes and all he did was look up a few times and look at me weird instead of helping me. i walk around to the side of the counter to try to wave someone down to help me and everyone... read more
For the second time I ordered way ahead and 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be delivered I called them. The guy that answered didn't seem like he cared, said we'll get it to you when we can. So I asked for the manager so I could cancel and get a refund. The manager picks up and doesn't even apologize just says ok I'll void your order. My lunch was almost over at this point. The lack of customer service is what will keep me away now.
