For the second time I ordered way ahead and 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be delivered I called them. The guy that answered didn't seem like he cared, said we'll get it to you when we can. So I asked for the manager so I could cancel and get a refund. The manager picks up and doesn't even apologize just says ok I'll void your order. My lunch was almost over at this point. The lack of customer service is what will keep me away now.
The staff was nice. I found hair in my food, but they remade it for me.
Went through the drive-thru on this scorcher of a day ( 85° 6/2/26) and I just have to say that I was absolutely impressed with my experience! Every single employee I interacted with, from the man taking my order through the speaker, the cashier and the man who made my sandwiches and handed them out the window to me, were exceptionally kind. For how hot it was and how busy they were, every single person was smiling and very efficient. They whipped up my two sandwiches so fast and they were put together perfectly. No smearing... read more
