This review is ONLY of Liam’s customer service. I sent an order in and within minutes I got several thunderstorm warnings. I was fully expecting a call to be told they need to cancel my order or it was going to be a long wait due to the storms but didn’t hear anything. During the height of the storm, I get a call from JJs saying that the driver, Liam, was having trouble finding my office. It can get really confusing, even with directions, so I totally understand. The bread is the star of the show; that’s for sure. Fast, friendly service and good, consistent quality makes this chain a leader in the sandwich industry. Can the sammie’s have more meat? Yes. Can they have more cheese? Yes. Do you get “lockjaw” with every bite? No. Are you satisfied when you are done? Absolutely.
I've ordered deliver from this location for 7 years. Order is always correct, and it's FAST! I was in a bind today - I ordered take-out and unfortunately, my car wouldn't start when I went to go pick it up. Called the store and they had it delivered to my office. Great service!!
