Ordered two sandwiches and one sandwich was clearly just bread. Had this same issue at this location before and tired of hoping for better quality. Lost a customer.
Drive-thru experience. Ordered a Tuna with cheese and no lettuce, Little John combo. This is the amount of tuna.(I had removed the cucumbers and ate them separately. Extremely disappointed to say the least. Jimmy John's should be embarrassed.
Ordered two $5.99 specials for a party. The crowd got a good laugh out of the bread and lettuce Sammie’s. The turkey was MIA. You lost a lot of customers on this one. Never again for me. Firehouse, Penn station, or Jersey Mikes; anywhere but here!
The workers put like a booger or dead skin or something in my food. Idk what it was but it was absolutely disgusting and definitely wasnt food.
