My recent Jimmy John's visit was disappointing. I waited 8 minutes without being greeted, was told only certain sandwiches could be toasted due to policy, and overheard the manager speaking unkindly to an employee. This isn't the Jimmy John's I remember 😢
It's a Jimmy John's. If you've been there, you probably know what to expect. Unfortunately, this location is staffed and operated by a bunch of folks who can't seem to get online OR in-person orders correct, or put in any effort to treat you halfway decently as a customer. If you want a JJ sandwich, you want it done right, and you want someone to take your order like a human instead of acting like you're an inconvenience to them, go to the Callaghan location.
I placed a mobile order for a delivery, it was late, the delivery driver did not deliver my bag of chips and no straw was in my bag. Check all mobile orders to make sure you receive what you pay for
the girl with the lazy eye lactated on my food but I don't even care because it was so dang delicious!!!!
