I dont know what's going on with Jimmy Johns lately. This one in particular had a very dirty bathroom with an overflowing garbage can, and the paper towel dispenser was empty. This was 1130am, mid-week before the lunch rush. And like other Jimmy Johns, the sandwich was thin. Not necessarily less meat, but fewer veggies.
I am not happy with my experience at this Jimmy John’s. Today, I ordered two sandwich combo meals for delivery. I ordered a spicy Italian and a BLT. When Jimmy John’s came to deliver my order, They forgot the BLT sandwich. I then called them to tell them that they forgot and they said they were going to make it right and come back with the correct sandwich.
