The food is fine. It's what you'd expect for "fast" food. Can't ever seem to get it fast though. 3 separate occasions now I've ordered delivery directly through their website and it's taken this location over an HOUR to make that delivery half a mile away.
Ordered a large Diet Coke with my combo and got 80% Ice. Thanks for nothing Jimmy John. Your meals are way too expensive to be shortchanging customers like this.
I frequently get JJ and when we do we get a box and we understand if it takes longer than normal. I made an online order and it would not show me tracking, i called the store and asked when my order would be ready and the worker told me ‘i dont have time right now, come get your order in 30 mins, im busy right now’. Horribke customer service.
I got the #7 and as usual it was just right. Years ago I ate at Jimmy John's too much and burned myself out. Now I know to pace myself and I love eating there again!
