Employees are great but, it has come to my attention that the tips at Jimmy John's go to the COMPANY, not the store employees!! 🤬 Is that not illegal? It's got to be consumer fraud, at the very least. Do Not Leave Tips!!!
ordered online for pickup and it wasn’t at the pickup area when i arrived 20 mins after ordering so i still had to wait in line. this is the smallest skinniest littlest sandwich i’ve ever seen. they also forgot ingredients. team jersey mikes
Absolutely worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Disgusting. This was a basic ham sandwich and it was terrible. The lettuce had ice on it, as if it had been frozen. I would never eat here again.
