I tried giving Jimmy John's a chance to correct the mistake that took place during a purchase I made a in May and nothing has been corrected. I ordered 6 subs and once I got home noticed there were only 5 and the sandwiches were not made correctly as requested and what the menu notes was how the sandwiches would be made. The two young ladies working were very nice and looked to have a lot of orders to process. I contacted the store, they apologized and said they would refund me for the missing sandwich.
