Went through the drive thru and not only was the wait time was unusually long but our order was wrong! We were on our way out of town otherwise I would turned turned around and got a refund!
Standard Jimmy John's. Pretty large dining area for ample seating. Staff and sandos are good. Toasted subs are great. The drinks from the fountain taste a bit off but not terrible.
Working at Jimmy John’s was one of the most disappointing professional experiences I’ve ever had. The environment was toxic, disorganized, and deeply unprofessional from the top down. Employees who worked hard and cared about doing things the right way were consistently overworked, criticized, or pushed out, while poor-performing and unprofessional workers were allowed to continue unchecked. Expected time of delivery was 8:45 pm and at 9 the drive didn’t pickup the order and then it’s showing expected time for pickup the order from the site is 9:25. So bad experience. Being a regular customer it’s so frustrating to get this response.
