Unfortunately the employees use the dining area for their personal day care center. It was reported and nothing was done. Child running around playing with the soda machine, running around bugging people, yelling, throwing rubber gloves around, watching videos loud enough that everyone in the dining area had to listen. We went and ate in the car. Jimmy Johns should not be a day care center for the employees. Will not be back.
Ordered our food ahead of time on the app. got to the drive through and sat here for 28 minutes, then i finally get to the window and they say it’s going to be a while. They didn’t bring us our food for another 20 minutes after that, and it was 2 sandwiches.
Put in a mobile order and it still took 25 minutes to walk out with our food.
