Ordered online. Got it home and the bread was hard as a rock. So hard on the ends that we could only eat the middle of our sandwiches. Very disappointed.
Hands down the worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had. We walked in and were the only ones in the dining room. Employees were sitting at the dirty tables (which the majority of them were) and one started talking on their headset about how he wished he had gone home, to which the other employee stated “Well, they’re here now”. Attempted to use the restroom and the door was locked, after a few more minutes an employee emerged wearing slides, and had to walk to the kitchen to wash her hands as there was no soap in the wome... read more
Well... this wasnt exactly Jimmy's vision...
I ordered delivery because of their “freaky fast” claims. I tracked the order because I wanted to meet them outside of the building so they wouldn’t have to go through security or the maze of getting to my office. 30 minutes after making the order, I’m notified that my delivery is being done by Uber and the delivery will be there in 40 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes to deliver a single 8” sandwich 20 blocks. Freakin fail!
