Great sandwiches.
I ordered a 30 sandwich party box & Destini took care of me. It is GREAT to get service with a smile! Destini has outstanding customer service skills & was very kind & also thorough in handling my order. We need more people with customer service skills like Destini! Thank you young lady! And thank you Jimmy John’s!!
For ten bucks per sub, I expected more that eight inches of bread roll with a mere whisper of meat and veggies. Also dry. I'm not crazy about Subway, but Subway is a much better, tastier deal. Will not return.
I cannot rate the food because we were berated as soon as we walked in the door regarding our service dog and then requesting information on him. While he is a registered service animal it is 100% against ADA laws to request any information. We will never EVER return. My family was mortified and this happened in front of my children.
