They delivered my order to the wrong address twice. After calling both times they stated they delivered it and there was nothing else they could do. I was sitting by my door the entire time and no one delivered anything. The manager then stated I was the problem and calling them is keeping them from doing their job. Never got my order or a refund.
Nice employees but VERY slow!
Horrible service experience. They forgot our sandwich that we ordered, or only food for working all night in a hospital. Night manager was very rude . She almost hung up on me when I was trying to get the situation fixed. Told me she couldn’t deliver another sandwich, this was almost a whole hour before they closed. Horrible experience. Our unit will never order there again.
