Avocado was so light in my sandwich I thought it was missing. I asked the employee about it and he assured me avocado was in it but offered me a cup of avocado to "make it right". I am very happy by the way the employees handled the situation, this time the team feels very professional compared to the last time I came to this store.
Love Jimmy John's! Really good sandwiches kept simple, and the service at Nicholasville road is fantastic! Was a little warm in there for my taste but other than that outstanding!👍
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a jimmy johns. They have a sign at the register advertising free chips and drink when you make it a combo, we had 4 combos, I was charged for chips and drinks without knowing and not handed a receipt. When I questioned this after paying , I was told “if you would have asked for it”.
