Went here for lunch and got an Italian on wheat bread. Got store bought bread and about 3 slices of meat. I could have purchased every single ingredient individually for a quarter of the price of this sandwich. Lady was so incredibly rude to me after mumbling that my order was ready. Will not be going to one of these again.
I’m not certain how many reviews saying the same thing are required for the franchise owner to make changes or corporate to do something about this location instead of providing boiler plate responses to reach out to customer service. The young ladies on staff here are rude and dismissive bordering on mean. They took my money, slapped my sandwich on the counter and ignored me when I thanked them. I felt like an imposition not a customer. They are destroying the Jimmy John’s brand. Never again. There are plenty of restaurants... read more
