I went to place a direct online order through the Euclid address. Went through all the steps, and they charged my card even though it said online it was declined. So I called store and can’t remember the lady’s name I spoke to (but the manager laurel refused to give me the persons name.) but I told her what was going on, and she said to give it ten minutes and call them back, and if nothing showed up in the system they’d take care of it, fast forward to 12:41 am, I recorded the call with said manager laurel. *Update May 2025* This location continues to struggle with customer service and speed of delivery. Almost 2 hours for delivery! Sent my delivery out incorrectly, and when I called, I was told, "At least you have some food." They were completely rude but offered a partial refund. However, I never received it. Now, I am unable to order on their website.
They can’t even get a damn DoorDash order ready they suck and they are rude and they don’t wear gloves
