I eat Jimmy John's regularly and in many locations. Food and people are usually pretty good. Rewards program SUCKS now. My reviews will never go above 3 stars until they fix it. There was a time if I bought 10 or 12 sandwiches I got a free one. Now I have spent hundreds of dollars for a free chip, keep it. Not sure why they even have it. It was awesome. Hope they bring the old one back.

They did amazing 👏 food tasted great and came out faster than any other Jimmy John's I've been to yet. The only thing that bugged me was the girl behind the counter was a little short tempered and impatient with me, no smile, no hey how's it goin or welcome to Jimmy John's. Nothin, she just looked at me with a (what the hell do you want) look...
The sandwich just wasn't up to par. There wasn't enough mayo, the onions had almost no flavor and it took a minute to get it after ordering
