I placed a large catering order for a specific time for a business meeting. When I arrived To pick it up, I was told that somebody called and said that this order wouldn’t be picked up until later, so it hasn’t been made yet. I was the only person aware of the order and never made any such phone call. Yes, there could’ve been a mixup, but the fact that anybody can call and make changes to an order that they did not place is a tad ridiculous.
