I placed a large catering order for a specific time for a business meeting. When I arrived To pick it up, I was told that somebody called and said that this order wouldn’t be picked up until later, so it hasn’t been made yet. I was the only person aware of the order and never made any such phone call. Yes, there could’ve been a mixup, but the fact that anybody can call and make changes to an order that they did not place is a tad ridiculous. Did online IN-STORE pickup due to my truck being bigger than their drive thru, I have to fold mirrors, etc.....lobby was open.and unlocked but they wouldn't let me pick up, made me fold my mirrors and go through all the BS of using their drive thru instead of just handing me the order while I was standing inside. If I would've known when I ordered I could've just went elsewhere that my truck would fit..... Update: get home, order is completely wrong....won't be back, they're horrible....
