Heading home from vacation stopped here for first time I’ve never been to a jimmy John’s I probably won’t be back. I asked recommendations the cashier just stared at me didn’t help I asked for pickles on the side there was a hair in the cup.
Oh my Goodness, The young lady Shaye was so Nice and professional with my delivery order! I had a doordash delivery and not many ppl are nice, but this encounter was one I'd never forget! She even offered me to try some new items for this month. She was definitely knowledgeable about the items. Love her energy! I'll be back. THIS MONTH!
Terrible experience. The music was blaring so loud when we walked in my 3-year old granddaughter immediately put her hands over her ears. It was so loud we had to repeat our order numerous times (mostly yelling it to be heard over the music) to the server and we couldn't hear what he was saying back. He couldn't get it right. I have eaten at this location at least once a week for about 6 months. My last 3 trips have not been good. Untrained employees. That do not know how to make the sandwich I ordered. Today was the third time. One employee on her phone while making sandwiches so another employee stepped up to make mine. Gave me the wrong sandwich so 14 bucks for something I did not order. This store was very good. But lately it's been terrible.
The food was okay but the lady with a orange hair had a attitude. I could understand if she was having a bad day but she didn't have the attitude with the other people in line. I do like to order from this store all the time and no one else from the store has given me a problem
