Things change and Jimmy John's get more and more careless everyday. I order on the app so that my options are correct and I pick up at the store. I ordered a turkey no 4 sub. It wasn't ready when I got the store so I had to wait for it. (Do NOT say I picked up the wrong bag!) I got home, and was half way through the sub before I realized it didn't taste right. Usual JJs. Food was good and the place was very clean
Brittany (at least that's what it says her name is on the receipt) is super great. My son got out of our van and slammed his thumb in the door and was quite loud in his protestations. When he eventually calmed down and entered, he looked very sad. Brittany did her best to cheer him up and he talked about how it made him feel better then entire day. And the subs were good.
