I have eaten at this location at least once a week for about 6 months. My last 3 trips have not been good. Untrained employees. That do not know how to make the sandwich I ordered. Today was the third time. One employee on her phone while making sandwiches so another employee stepped up to make mine. Gave me the wrong sandwich so 14 bucks for something I did not order. This store was very good. But lately it's been terrible.
The food was okay but the lady with a orange hair had a attitude. I could understand if she was having a bad day but she didn't have the attitude with the other people in line. I do like to order from this store all the time and no one else from the store has given me a problem
They took a long time to get my order ready and it wasn't even right. It was missing extras that I had paid extra for.
Placed my order 10 minutes before I showed up, had it set for ASAP. Walked in and was quietly greeted. I didn’t see my order ready and saw employees just standing so I said the name for my order. The employee put on gloves and started making it right then. There was no one else in the store except the three workers and they didn’t seem to be doing anything else.
