Sadly I ordered delivery, so the delivery fee, (not the tip), was $4.13 on a $10 order. Not too upset about that as once and a while I need delivery. However, what is a "Retail Service Fee" ... that's a side note. My disappointment is no napkins and didn't include the Avocado ($.75) that I ordered on the sandwich. So, over priced I'll accept this but really can't give me what I paid for asked for it to be cut in half, not done.... and really no napkins. Truly a shame....
The manager sucks! Would not even verbally communicate. To bad we couldn't text.. no toppings? And when finally hit on something they have. It was just too what a mess. A finger inserted in the middle of my made sandwich to prove their were peppers buried at the bottom. What? Toppings go on top!!! Someone please text that to the manager, please! Seriously? Service?
