I couldn't take a picture because it was too gross to share, but there was like 4 black, curly hairs in my sub.. I don't know if I ate anymore, but I was so grossed out, I almost threw up. Also, I ordered it with the french onions on it, and it was loaded, too full with them, along with the horseradish sauce I added. I ordered delivery from Jimmy John's in Baraboo and wanted it delivered to the hotel. It wasn't delivered to my door. I heard the delivery driver was eating my meal when I called to question them about it. This is unacceptable! I won't go here or ask for a delivery ever again.
Great sandwiches, of course. Loses 1 star because of a small gripe: My pickle is never cut the way I want it. Also, most times I get carry out, so the cleanliness of the store is a non-issue, but it is often a little dirty (just like, leftover crumbs on tables, nothing obscene).
